Lastly, I adhered multiple Iridescent Rhinestones to the card front to finish up the project. The same greenery image was stamped onto the envelope front and I adhered a coordinating piece of designer series paper to the envelope flap and trimmed the excess paper away. The panel was then adhered to a Blackberry Bliss mat and then adhered to the inside of the card. I tied a loose double bow with Linen Thread and tucked this under the Berry Burst flower as well.Īn additional sentiment was stamped onto the inside panel in Blackberry Bliss ink and I stamped the greenery image two times onto the lower corner of the panel in Parakeet Party ink. I cut a banner end on the right side of the label, then adhered the sentiment just under the Berry Burst flower. The “You’re the Best” sentiment was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink onto a white sentiment label measuring 2-1/4″ x 1/2″. Several leaf images were stamped and die cut and tucked in around the flowers. The flower was then adhered just in front of the stamped and die cut flowers. The center of this flower was die cut from the Parakeet Party designer series paper and adhered to the center of the Berry Burst flower. A solid image flower was die cut from Berry Burst cardstock and the pieces were adhered together. I stamped several of the translucent flowers in Fresh Freesia and Blackberry Bliss and adhered these to the card front diagonally near the intersecting strips of designer series paper. I then adhered this unit to a Blackberry Bliss mat then adhered this to a Bubble Bath card base. The Pretty Peacock strip was adhered vertically on the left side of the larger floral panel and the Parakeet Party strip was adhered horizontally to the floral panel. I also cut two 1″ strips of the designer series paper in a Pretty Peacock print and a Parakeet Party print. I selected a medium sized floral print from the Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper pack. We have a sketch challenge for the Hop today… I created my card for today using the Translucent Florals Bundle and the lovely Delightful Floral 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. Finally, I added the Glossy Dots to all of the flowers for a touch of sparkle. It’s Thursday and time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! Thanks so much for stopping by! I’m looking forward to seeing all of the projects in the Hop today.
