![]() And that's also the attitude of Ron Perlman's character whose just a store clerk. ![]() Here, Castle has accepted the fact that his family is gone and now could care less who he's hurting. ![]() The first dealt more with Castle's grief about the death of his family (which is understandable to a point). The difference between this film and the feature length remake that Jane starred in 2004 was the tone of the movie. Need I say more? We all know what happens next pure punishment. Eight years later, we find Thomas Jane back as Frank Castle just trying to do some laundry when he stumbles onto innocent blood being spilt. Thankfully, there's nothing like that in this ten-minute film. The sadness that Jane displays is frequent too but it's forgivable since the reboot had to establish the fact that his family was gone. For example, when Howard Saint (Travolta) confronts a longtime friend about betraying him, as a villain, he should be livid, not emotionally distraught. Most of them dealt with Travolta's character. My only quarrel with the film was that plot dragged slightly and how the moments of sadness in the weirdest places. I thought a lot of the action sequences were well staged as were the acting and the music well written. Regardless, Sharon will prove she’s a good friend for now and step up for Nick when he needs her most. If Sally ends up back with Adam and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) lands in a new romance with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), then it makes sense for Y&R to pair Sharon and Nick up again. Nick and Sharon’s bond will be on full display in these heartfelt scenes, so “Shick” fans will remain hopeful about a romantic reunion at some point. Since Sally certainly still seems drawn to Adam, Sharon may suggest that pull is always going to be there – much like it’s always going to be there for Sharon and Nick. On the other hand, Sharon won’t want to see Nick get hurt, so she may advise him to proceed with caution. Sharon also knows how relentless Adam can be, so she might think Nick should keep that in mind. Sally has been doing better lately, but Sharon might feel like she’s still dealing with some strong emotions – and those can sometimes come out in unexpected ways. It’s possible Sharon will cut Sally a little slack and point out that the loss of Ava Spectra really shook her up. Sharon can’t tell Nick how to handle these tricky matters of the heart, but she can give her opinion on things and console her ex in his time of need. Y&R spoilers say Sharon will be eager to listen – and when Nick asks for guidance, she’ll provide that as well. Nick may admit to Sharon that he feels like he’s been ignoring warning signs that he just can’t ignore anymore. Now Sally’s been hiding a kiss with her ex-boyfriend, so Nick may start to wonder if he really has a future with her. Sally has also been reluctant to reciprocate Nick’s love profession – and she hasn’t agreed to move in with him yet either. The fact that Sally didn’t tell Nick right away will no doubt trouble him, too. Once Nick opens up about Adam’s lip lock with Sally, he’ll really struggle over the news. If Nick went crying to one of the Newmans, he’d probably just get a giant “I told you so.” With Sharon, it’ll be different since she’s less judgmental and more understanding about how complex relationships can be. That’s especially true when it comes to Sally since Nick’s family members have never been very enthusiastic about his romance. ![]() Of course, there’s no one Nick can count on more than Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) to give him support. It’ll be a tough blow when Sally makes that confession, so Nick will fly off the handle and need some comfort. The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will need someone to lean on after he finds out Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) kissed Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
